Our Name
SideKick Group was founded during a light bulb moment. During a trip to our local grocery store we came across an NDIS participant being assisted by a Support Worker in uniform, this uniform was over the top and clearly indicated to anyone in the vicinity that that person required a support worker - this didn't feel right.
Troubled by this type of advertisement we went to the drawing board, how could we ensure that NDIS participants access the community without having the stigma of requiring support. So the idea of a sidekick was born.
A Sidekick is by your side, not behind you, not in front of you because they get it.

At Sidekick Group, we are a boutique support company dedicated to providing personalised, compassionate care. We understand firsthand the importance of continuity, ensuring that every individual receives consistent, high-quality support tailored to their unique needs. Our commitment is to foster trust, reliability and a seamless care experience for those we serve.
Our Expertise
Our team consists of SideKicks experienced in Support Workers roles, Nursing, Education and other sectors. However, they have essential skills of being empathetic, supportive and consistent as they will get you to be your best.

- We understand that being a Superhero is a busy life and that things can happen that require changes to our services. Our cancelation costs are lower than the NDIS Guidelines - why should you be penalised.
